50 Cent Sold His Share of Effen Vodka for $60 Million

There has been nothing but good news behind headlines regarding 50 Cent over the past couple of weeks. Within 24-hours of him telling Jimmy Kimmel that he played a part in getting the Floyd Mayweather Jr. vs. Conor McGregor fight off of the ground, the hip-hop heavyweight was announcing that he'll be dropping an album later this year. Now, with the buzz still resonating about Street King Immortal likely being his final solo recording, it appears 50 has bowed out of another one of his business ventures and is making off pretty well from his final transaction.

During Monday's [July 17] airing of the Breakfast Club Rumor Report, Angela Yee reported that the G-Unit boss has sold his minority stake in Effen Vodka. Fif has held a stake in the Netherlands liquor company since 2014, when he purchased an undisclosed share from Sire Spirits LLC. No longer will he be the brand's lead spokesperson, thus signifying the end of his competition with Diddy's Ciroc business.

DJ Envy commented on the situation during Angela's segment, revealing that 50 Cent pocketed a cool $60 million in the deal, which he confirmed on Instagram. The famed entertainer wrote in a post, "I got the bag, EFFEN Vodka Can you say 60M's since they like counting my money DO THE MATH. Lol."
