Kodak Black Dropped A Hot Remix to Bodak Yellow but Chicago Rap isn't here for it

Cardi B has definitely been making headlines this year and has been in the public eye for a while now, with her buzz from her recent song "Bodak Yellow". Bodak Yellow has made it to NO. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts recently, and she's now getting a remix from the actual songs inspiration.... Kodak Black.

Cardi B's Bodak yellow was originally inspired by Kodak's No Flocking, hence the song title "Bodak", the NY rapper Cardi took the flow from the popular Kodak song. Now although the remix is great the intro to the song has raised a bit of eyebrows from chi-town artists like Lil Reese, Rico Recklezz, King Yella, and P Rico.

The No Flocking Rapper starts off the song by saying "aye, you know why I fuck with Cardi B.? / They be thinking’ both of us crazy & shit” & here's where the questioning begins. Kodak then says he's smoking on "JoJo" which is the name of a slain Chicago rapper. He raps “I just hit a lick, hit the loco / All my life smoking on JoJo / He was just posted at the door though,”. Now even though "JoJo" is also Florida slang for weed, this has caused a couple of shots to be fired at Kodak for his statement.

What do you all think about the Kodak Remix?
