Oakland legend Too Short spoke to VladTV about opening up for UTFO, making music for 75 Girls Records and Tapes, and being the first rapper to openly rap about pimp culture. "I had the angle because in Oakland, I had been closely exposed to the pimp and h** game, the lingo of it, the visuals of it, the reality of it, and I was studying it and incorporating it into the music."
