IS this what Rap has become? (Editorial By Queen D of The Hip Hop Network)

I am just disgusted, IS this what Rap has become? How many artists blow up behind bars? How many get shot down ?
Rappers can change the game anytime they decide to. They have the power to take over the industry and run it. They have the power to OWN it. All you have to do is UNITE and not DIVIDE yourselves. Instead of collaborating with other Artists, you create division and tension. Instead of looking over your shoulders, you should be looking across your desks making deals and taking control of what is YOURS. You guys generate billions and as long as you continue to fight each other, you make the rich richer whilst your community becomes poorer.
The music executives are signing the most controversial rappers betting on the drama knowing how it will end and then raking in all YOUR money. Every time you kill your brother, you make label owners richer. Rappers end up dead, and they continue to make more money after death. SHIT, look at who's still making money off Tupac and Biggie. Suge in jail.
STOP Entertaining the Entertainment Industry. STOP feeding the VULTURE$ and start feeding your families and your own communities.
If you really want to own the music industry start a movement, that would really shake up the Entertainment world. You can change your communities. The power is in your words. The power is in your hands. You are all Kings. So King Up, and take your positions. Stop being a slave to the industry. It's time to Boss UP! Take control of you own communities as a whole. Become ONE, Become your OWN Army and you WILL OWN IT! Without Discipline, no one wins. It's time to take control of what's yours.
Peace be with you.
