Amazon hikes minimum wage to $15 an hour for U.S. employees

Amazon said it would increase its minimum wage to $15 an hour on Nov. 1. Dave Clark, the retail giant's senior vice president for worldwide operations, joined CBSN to explain why the company decided to make the change.
